1) Had it been Tebow (remember last year) instead of Trindon who got shoved way out of bounds the referee would still be stepping off yards.
2) On the OT interception, did anyone else notice the Bama DB touch (push-off) LaFell in the back. I've seen lesser things go against us.

I did see that. But Lafell didn't make a play on the ball at all. He should've jumped up and try to catch the ball at its highest point, esp. given the game situation.

overall, not a bad officiating job. They allowed the players to play the game and made the big calls.
The late hit was marginal, the pushoff is pretty nit picky.
We got beat, it was a good game, JLee should be on suicide watch.

I agree with you. I'm not one to whine about the officiating. I usually accept that across the course of a game that things balance themselves out. Just pointing out that I've seen lesser and less obvious things go against us. My plea for consistency.

Yeah, and I had a Bama fan try to tell me that there was a phantom hold on JPW's TD run too (called back).
If you look from the back of the end zone, there was a push on LaFell. Could have been different if it were called...first down on the 10...

There's also a "no-call" Bammer face mask from the same set of pictures... yet they fail to show that pic. Our DB's neck was pulled back 90 degrees from an obvious intentional face mask. WTF?

Why was the supposed "intentional grounding" flag picked up? I could have sworn that pass that JPW threw didn't go across the line of scrimmage.

that tebow late hit should have cost that ref his job. no reason to frick up that bad. I understand missed calls but he was nowhere near being out.

"DUDE" as you say, our guys didn't even have to stick our hands out. That great big "Oprah Winfrey thigh master" Cody's body just made our hands grab him. He occupied the whole space and if you moved your hands, they automatically went on him since he took up all available space.
