Obviously, and they have no clue how herbicides works. There’s no reason for multiple applications of RU and a dig up.

Yes they know exactly how herbicide works but apparently you’re not an expert in golf course agronomy. That material has to be dug up and relocated to other parts of the course for disposal. So you kill everything in the material for less chance of cross contamination on the current greens and where ever the material is going.

A lot of the material dump will be in areas out play so that’s not a huge concern. I’ve sat in multiple meetings as a member of the committee in charge of the project. We are doing exactly what is prescribed as best practices by all experts except you Chappy.

This is a project that everyone is taking very seriously and doing everything to put out a great product in the near future. New club cars with GPS will be ready for the reopening as well.

We will continue to better Copper Mill over time. A practice area and clubhouse renovation are next on the menu but that realistically is at least a year or two away.
