Compare and contrast response to black vs white racist incidents like is in the OP.
Use actual incidents, such as in the OP. Then compare and contrast.
Compare and contrast the response to police incidents.
Compare and contrast actual claims and excuses of failure from elected representatives of each gender and race.
Compare and contrast vandalism of monuments to black historical figures vs white historical figures.
Lay out actual comparisons. Not actual opinion.

Engage your brain for a second.
After you lay out a comparison, the conclusion you come to based on the comparison.. that's called an opinion.
When you use information and interpret that, it's an opinion based on the information you've collected.
'Compare and contrast' automatically is an opinion.
