To add to that those things are immutable. In the case of being blind you can be treated but your vision will never be good enough to fly a plane.

You can stop being fat. The problem is the loudmouth lazy no-effort people who think the world owes them a living. Like this dumbass who pursued a career in healthcare and is dumbfounded that they have to take breaks all the time.
