Death penalty doesn’t exist anymore. We’d have had a 1 year post season ban and it would’ve been back to business. The decision wasn’t about the basketball program, that much is obvious.
They said they were saving football. Do you believe ‘em???

I think that’s definitely part of it.

I've thought about this from every angle possible.
The NCAA redefines the word weak, and Auburn, Kansas, and UNC have told them to go scratch their arse with little repercussions.
I can't believe Woodward just "didn't like Wade" or "wanted to hire his own guy". What, is this middle school???
The only thing that makes sense to me is that in law Emmert was being CRUCIFIED by the media and the woke mob that hates and tries to punish big corporations (but they sure love their cell phones and other tech items don't they??). The logical answer to what happened here is that Woodward helped Emmert out by sacrificing our coach and program to project the illusion that the NCAA was doing something, and somewhat preserving Emmert's "legacy".
I can't think of anything else that makes sense here.
