Breeze Airways

I’m a Breeze fan. I would not hesitate to book it. I’ve flown them 5 times or so and haven’t had a bad experience. It’s a more budget friendly airline but not Spirit by any means. Staff was awesome, seats were nice, and got me from A to B at a great price

The only issue I’ve had friends run into was canceling a flight they had booked once about 2 months before the originally scheduled flight and not offering an alternative. This was earlier and I think Breeze has worked out the kinks on that and figured out which routes make sense for their business model so hopefully those days are behind them

I like them, esp straight flights.

Look, snafus happen. It's travel. But I would put Breeze well below Amtrak for breaking one off in ya.

Few months ago they left us stranded for a couple days. They do not have a phone number, just a chat bot. Good luck getting out of a jam with a chat bot. Offered to refund my flight or rebook me on another flight in a day or two.

It was Sunday and we both had to get back to work on Monday. My job is pretty flexible, my wife's is not. Ergo we dropped everything, drove our rental car five hours to ATL, and flew home on Delta for a last minute fare.

Breeze was nowhere to be found on that one. It was like I didn't exist.

Yeah, I get it, they're a budget airline. Few flights, few crews, things are bound to happen. We can accommodate that. But if literally cannot ever talk to a person??? That's a hard pass for me.
