I saw where Rodgers played after the season and added a round of 86 to his GHIn in Cali. He then played a few other rounds before Pebble and didn’t post scores. Rodgers apparently said he found something during a PR at Spy Glass and it just clicked all week.

Two rounds of poor golf do not change a handicap. Rodgers clearly submitted a bogus one based on his rounds since the season ended. His GHIN was still a 3.0 as of the start of the tournament.

One of the No Laying Up guys played in the tournament. He said he wasn't sure how exactly handicaps worked for amateurs, but he heard they let you keep the handicap you had when you first played in the tournament. So, maybe he was a 10 then. I don't know how legit that is, though.

I totally agree, I,think, the 86 he posted was bogus and rigged. Then he acts like it just came back to him in a practice round. My GHIN is 2, I went on a golf trip last summer and we played by handicaps. I had not played any of the course, first day I shot an 82 it was a goat track of a course with tricked up holes, day 2 and three I shot 75 and 74 at decent courses, If you do it right 9 times out of ten the GHIN don’t lie. He’s a douche for sure,
