The prices I got at $329-$369/sq depending on portion of roof for the full replacement. My roof is steep and complicated. Price aligns with poster above. 68 squares.
I am still perplexed about these Platinum and Preferred installers. I'm going with an Owens Corning Duration shingle.
Some folks I talk with say the warranty isn't worth crap and go with the cheapest but this seems like lot of risk.
The cheapest is $19K but there are some questions. The Platinum for full replacement is 26K and comes with 7 year workmanship warranty. Others its like 3 years.
I really just don't know.
