Stop straw-manning what I’m saying. An ACL injury only drastically inhibits a basketball players ability if they were primarily athletically based (driving, dunks, layups, etc). That has NEVER been Ace’s game. Even so, many players tear their ACL and come back like nothing happened. This isn’t the 1970s where an ACL was a career ender. Obviously everyone isn’t the same but the evidence is overwhelmingly clear that an ACL tear isn’t responsible for Miller’s performance.
Furthermore, you provided no counter argument or evidence to my point of his play at Illinois. He was healthy back then, playing on a better team, and in a smaller role. Yet, he put up strikingly similar stats and production. Maybe he was always the player he’s always been??? Go figure.
