As Commander In Chief - by allowing the spy-craft into our air space, is this 'the event' to remove him under the 25th?
If Biden is removed using the 25th, is he then considered incompetent to stand trial for treason?

Seems like no one that knows the rules is talking about the rules.
Lists of rules like free skies, 25th etc.
We might do this all the time. Who knows.
They may be laws of shutting down things within atmosphere.
I do wonder what a balloon can do vs a satellite.
It’s caused fear though.

Incomplete with the question, apologies.
IMHO allowing the spy-craft in our airspace is either incompetence, or treason. Should be an impeachable offense.
To spare him the impeachment, he's removed under the 25th?
Does removal by the 25th = non compos mentis for Trial?
