Hmmmm. That doesn’t sound like an EV company that is seizing their moment. Meanwhile Hyundai is spending billions on a new EV site in Savannah. Maybe you should move to se Georgia.

He was laid off. No non-competes are going to be valid after a layoff - not unless he had sold a company to them, or something like that.
