I've never seen him walk anything back. You and I both know the people piling on Drew aren't because he "walked it back" but because he was the most prominent "Stand for the Anthem, Respect the Flag" athlete. Wasn't this the entire team? The Saints "tribute" when the sports world cancelled games and everything else in the aftermath? Would the equivalent be marching with your team and making demands at the courthouse in the aftermath of the Blake shooting?

I'm not saying your opinion and others of Brees isn't fair. Only that just like the "CAMthers" and the like, a lot of LSU fans purposefully turn blind eyes to Burrows political views and "style" as well as their own behavior if Burrow is involved. Auburn "CAMther" fans were seen as pathetic and Brees is 'woke' are the same people wearing Bengals jerseys into the Dome. Absolutely entitled to your opinion. Just don't get upset when people call you out for being a hypocrite.
