Please enlighten us to the "tons of downsides", since you're apparently an expert even though you already admitted in your threads that you don't hear anyone you know talk about them or having them meaning your sole resource is this site.

Benefits:
Cheap, effective, painless for mine, and good prescription drugs for a bit. Hell of a lot safer and cheaper with less recovery time than my wife getting her tubes tied.
