Panama City Beach (Laguna Beach) recs

First time staying in Panama City. Opted for more space and hopefully less crowded in Laguna Beach for kid's spring break than Seaside/Watercolor/Rosemary.
Looking for casual and nice lunch/dinner recs in and around Panama City. Also things for young kids to do when not on the beach or if raining.
Thank you!

For high end dining there is Pescada at Rosemary or Citizen at Alys. For casual, there is LaCrema in Rosemary. Also, in the shopping center on the west bound side of 98 right where it intersects with 30A, there is a Mexican place and an Italian place.

We’ve rented a private charter at the state park at st Andrew’s on pontoon boat for dolphin and snorkel… it used to be about 250$ for 3 hours or so. Go in the bay and then out to the gulf and they will let you snorkel around the jetty in the gulf. See dolphins, sea turtles and sting rays. If he finds a pod in the gulf, he’ll stop and let y’all try to swim with them too. Took us to a ship wreck dive site too. Well worth the money and done by lunch

The Armament Museum at Eglin might interest young kids. The Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola is better, but a long drive away.
