It's a panic attack caused by bridges known as gephyrophobia. I know for the Chesapeake bay bridge they have people on stand by that will drive you and your car over the bridge and tunnel it's so freaky

I've not had it before but after reading this thread it's going to frick with my head the next time I drive in to Cincinnati
