I loved the way that record sounded.

A couple of songs were good though. Man In The Long Black Coat comes to mind. Didn't Lanois produce that? Or am I mistaken?
I loved that spooky sound of it.

That is from Oh, Mercy not Time Out Of Mind. Both were overproduced by Daniel Lanois. Oh, Mercy came out great; Time Out Of Mind not so much. Oh, Mercy is the better of the two albums and one of Dylan's all time best.

Agree almost completely, but there were a couple of nice cuts on Time Out Of Mind, there was some crap too. that's why I'm interested about the outtakes.
Now that he sold his catalogue, there are things available on U-tube that you couldn't get before.

There are also songs written for Time Out of Mind that didn't make the album that are pretty good (example Dreamin' of You).
