Just my guess, but he will get opportunities early. If the Noot injury is true, than possibly even more. Skenes will start, I think that's a given. If Floyd has progressed like it seems, another spot is his. Hurd has the talent, but I'm thinking they will bring him along very slowly. That (and big leads) should provide Dutton plenty of innings to shine.

I think it’s pretty locked in that you’ll see Skenes on Friday Floyd on Saturday and Hurd on Sunday.

I agree that they’ll try to ease Hurd in. My question is if Taylor will be your closer or will we try to hold him to be a kind of starter to Hurds opening on sundays.

A lot of good options with this staff.

Dutton could be a sleeper as a closer. I just think Jay/Wes will use several guys in that role. But not out of the question to see him there in the 7th or 8th on a Friday or Saturday and finish games.

Starterrs don't usually get extended much in early games giving most bullpen guys lots of opportunities.
