Buy a 3 pound bag of peeled garlic from Costco.
Chop it all up in a food processor.
Put the chopped garlic in a big Ziploc freezer bag.
Flatten the bag out as much as possible.
Toss it in the freezer.
Now you have a year's supply of fresh garlic with no need to peel any garlic ever. Break off a little bit for cooking whenever you need it.
That's all I got.
