Potentially acquiring Rodgers at this age and contract would not require using the same resources it would to trade or move up in draft to select a young franchise QB. And just who do you propose as this young franchise QB, and what do you think it would take to get him?

We did that for like the first 40 years of the franchise. Then we got lucky with a free agent. Getting a franchise QB isn’t exactly easy.
