2003, there was a local case with law enforcement involvement concerning something that ticked all of these boxes.
Only the situation had a lot more than 2 witnesses. The only one who got arrested then was the 19 year old who had the video camera.

She was a 15 year old redhead.
Her mother claimed it was non-consensual until the tape got copied a few times and people started pointing out that she smiled winked and waved at the camera a few times.
Those in the Plaquemine area should remember the situation.
As previously stated, nothing about deceased shows anything being consensual.
I'm simply stating that the original statement that no woman would ever do such a thing shows how sheltered some of you really are.
