It went completely against the narrative that was in the police report/affidavit. Someone in a drunken stupor does not run the way she did, and then navigate that curb the way she jumped up there.

After reading the police report/affidavit, you come away with the impression that this girl was almost passed out. The video clearly destroys that impression.

Once again – FOR THE SEVERELY BRAIN-DEAD F*CKING MORONS ON THIS BOARD -- LIKE YOU AND LCHBOX -– I’m not saying that the video should have any impact on whether or not they should be held criminally liable for rape. All I’m saying is that it’s going to have a huge impact on black jurors who the prosecution is asking to send to a 17-year-old black HIGH SCHOOL KID to Angola for 20 years after they’ve seen this white 19-20-year-old blond sorority girl come chasing after him out of a bar. And, if the reports are true, that she was dancing with him, kissing on him, and grinding on him on Reggie’s dance floor -- and there's also video of that -- that's the impression they’re going to get from that video.
