re: Deputies arrest 4 in LSU student Madison Brooks case

When I was in the law enforcement life, I was assigned to the LSU Lakes on the task force that caught Derrick Todd Lee. I was working when the DNA hit came back. We didn’t catch Lee at the lakes, but we caught several others. One guy had his rape kit in a duffel bag in his truck parked at Baton Rouge Beach. He worked for the Army Corp. of Engineers and traveled all over the country.
