Any tard can learn to code, someone has to tell them what to code. Your massive foreign "developer" base is what is getting cut. Problem solving IT folks aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
If the people that know what they are doing have to architect the solution, document the solution, answer all questions about the solution might as well just ship the shite offshore for $32 an hour to code it.
