No kidding. Madden was the best not because of his insight into the game but because he was entertaining. I find Romo to be entertaining. When he starts making all those grunts and noises you know things are getting tight.
By contrast Greg Olsen was spot on in his color commentary but was also as dry and boring as stale bread. The Fox booth is far behind the other booths right now and it's not because of technical proficiency, it's because it's drone and not entertaining. Maybe the #1 Foz crew just needs time to grow on me.
