Take the video to the cops and get a TRO and have it served. I live on an East Texas lake and share my numerous brush piles with any fisherman. In fact I've told some where they are. And I worked my arse off to put them out there. It is not easy ands brush piles and the concrete they are set in can mess up a boat bad. So please be happy if you find them and appreciate that somebody took the effort to put them out there.
But the lake is not his so the brush piles aren't his either. It's easy to tell someone the brush piles are yours because you put them out there. Well, where's the proof?
And I've seen insanity in fishermen as one night a disabled fisherman I gave permission to fish my dock under my lights almost got in a real fight with a hot tempered crappie fisherman who was pretty intense. I told the hothead whom I seen around my dock and talked to on multiple occasions I'd shut the lights down so nobody could fish them.

Bottom line, take the video to a game warden and let them know. In Texas game wardens carry the same stroke as state police.

I have put out several 1000 watt green fishing lights around my dock. These things are often getting busted by fishermen who want to fish right on the bulb. I just sigh and make up another and put them out. I make all my light systems and they ain't cheap.

I've seen the show with the Texas Game Wardens. Although I'm sure much is dramatized, I'm glad MS Wardens are that zealous (and are much less numerous).
