I'll be watching this. Mecom last week showed prices are still holding firm on collector cars. We will see if this continues with B-J.
Another auction your way next week is the RM/Sotheby's. The Corvette world is watching to see how the 1969 ZL-1 will sell. Est between 2.6-3M. A lot of questions have surrounded this car and its authenticity.

Appears to be extensively documented and is Bloomington Gold. As I recall they are pretty damn thorough. Got a link to the questioners?

Funny my old man had a 69 vette with the 427. Had to sell when my brother was born back in the early 80’s. It needed to be restored but was in decent condition. Think he sold it for like 8 grand. He still kicks him self when he sees how much a car like that goes for at these auctions.

The ZL1 went across the block for $2.8M. Somebody wasn't afraid to take a chance on it. Hope it works out for the buyer.
