Looking for a golf group in BR or Prairieville area. Just recently moved here and looking to get to play some of the courses around here. I can play some during the week, also Saturday and Sundays

Go join Pelican Point. They have a decent deal going on right now for new members. Seems like a good place to meet other somewhat serious golfers and could find yourself some playing buddies out there. You also get unlimited range use with their memberships which is a huge draw.

Have no idea, this is just what they sent to my email this weekend. I don’t play the big course much, don’t care for either course much. I just use the place as a practice facility.

The Lakes is the nine hole course. It’s biggest issue is some of the tee boxes can get beat up bad. But the rest of the course is a good value for $45 for a weekend round to ride. I played there today. It was wet for obvious reasons and it was COP. No other issues.

The Links is nice but it’s a bit of a stretch to ask $75 to play it on the weekend. But golf is an expensive hobby. I think the Links is well-maintained.

Our group plays all of the Majors, has a POTY Tournament and some sort of Ryder Cup event as well. This might be our 25th year together - players of all sorts of skill level..we use Grint or LGA for 'caps...provide email and I can add you.
