100% wrong… grant park and north is prob one of the nicest and best downtowns anywhere.
Museums, architecture, parks, navy pier, lake front, Mag mile, Gold Coast, up to Wrigleyville… all amazing.

Yep, and the sad thing about it is, it wasn't a cesspool 20 years ago.
Richard Daley Jr. really cleaned up the downtown and lakefront areas after years of neglect from Byrne and Washington.
Now it's shot.
