I see a few downvoters -- the inexplicable "we love oversized fake tits and butts" crowd.
Everyone debates the arse and tits. Never underestimate the appeal of a 40 year old woman with a flat stomach and a young woman's legs (e.g. this woman). When your face is in it, do you want to look up at a skin fold, a gut or something worse?
