I'll wait for the video I guess.

A cop giving some dude putting their well being in jeopardy in a hellhole like Memphis an elbow to the face while subduing and arresting him doesn't bother me. We can't expect guys who deal with trash all day to not let it bubble over a little on occasion. If we hold them to a standard of perfection they'll get steamrolled by criminals and nobody will provide those services for us.

Now if they're just wailing on him for minutes, well, they'll have to account for it.
