Best resource to see current, REAL, mortgage rates?

Sorry if this has been covered, I searched and didn't find see it.
Anyway, my question is quite simple but after 20-30 minutes of online research I am beyond frustrated with the BS. What is the best resources to see current, real, apples to apples mortgage rates from some of the more traditional lenders? We need to get into a bigger house in the next 6 months and while not ideal to buy at these rates, we do anticipate prices to rise on our area in the spring.
In the past I’ve used something like Bankkrate or BOA to get a quick idea of what I can afford before going to one of my local lender contacts when I'm ready. But in trying to do this just now, I kept falling into this dishonest trap where they want to gather all your info and have one of their ‘sponsors’ contact you, or they give you BS rates from seemingly fake banks that aren’t apples to apples (this one includes paying down points, that one doesn’t, etc). I simply want to plug in my purchase price and essential variables, and see today’s rates for the more typical loan terms with banks that are reputable...should be very straightfoward.
Ok sorry for the partial rant. Anyone got something to help a brother out?

usmortgagenewsdaily will give you broad based accurate information. Sure there will be variance between lenders, but it should be a great starting point.
