I am all for supporting "US watch manufacturing" but the chronograph for example is priced at $2400 and has a $60 retail Rhonda quartz movement in it. It is the higher cost Swiss made version of the 5040D with 13 jewels but it is still being sold at a significant premium. At least with the Classic you are getting a $175 Sellita SW 200-1.
If you want to support Dave Portnoy that's cool but they are significantly overpriced.
