That top 5 recruiting class was not top 5. 1 player would be playing. Julian Phillips would be a starter. But he isn’t as good as some of the other freshmen. Traore is a bust. 5 star who averages 2. A game. Ree is even worse. Marvel Allen stayed in high school due to injury.
With wade we would have needed some big hits in the portal to be any good.

If Wade had not recruited at all last season and only brought what we had returning back, we'd be better off than we are now.

Yep forgot about Ree, he can't even get on the floor for one of the worst teams in Louisville history.
