Very demanding for someone making thai Curry and using fricking jalapeños.

Actually the more I think about it, the more I want to roast you. Curry paste is easy. Look up an authentic recipe and get a mortar and pestle and mash. Premade Curry paste? A 75 pound thai lady would slap your arse.

Second edit, you don't fry your curry paste. You boil your coconut milk to separate it then add the (homemade) paste into it. Then go from there.

This is the first time I've ever called someone triggered.

You're triggered. Holy shite.

He didn't do that. Reevaluate your life. Something is terribly wrong.

He used the word exactly. So he did. Sorry you can't read and sorry the rest of these people can't spend ten minutes finding a real recipe. Curry paste pre-made and jalapeños

Like mushroom soup in jambalaya. Flat out wrong.

From what I’ve read, plenty of Thai people and most restaurants that serve Thai food happily use premade curry paste. They don’t have Thai bird chiles up their asses about it, either.

Yes.

You seriously have no self-awareness.

I think this is generally true, but Jungle Curry (green) is the hottest I've ever had of the thai curries.
