MacKenzie Phillips went without a heartbeat longer than Damar, and he played for Arkansas afterward.
Arkansas Outland Trophy winner, Loyd Phillips, had a son that collapsed on the field and went into cardiac arrest during a high school football game.
They performed CPR, used a defibrillator, and gave him an intracardiac injection while he was lying on the field. One paramedic did chest compressions so long and so hard that he pulled a hernia in himself.
At about the 8:50 mark they are preparing the syringe for the intracardiac injection. They were continuing to do chest compressions as he was carried off the field.

Mackenzie Phillips' heart was stopped for over 25 minutes after he got to the hospital. He went on to follow in his father's footsteps and play for Arkansas.
