Be interesting to see what happens, he fired 5 more shots at close range after gun flew out of the suspects hand. One of those was execution style.
Not that the guy didn't deserve it...just not self defense at that point.

Adrenaline kicks in, you don’t think clearly or rationally. If anything happens to the guy, meaning criminal charges, hopefully it isn’t too much more than a slap on the wrist, and no jail time.
