In New York, they have their own version of Mardi Gras. It’s called St. Patrick’s Day parades, Puerto Rico Day parades, Gay Pride parades, etc. etc. There is a ton of public intoxication in NYC.

They also just had a massive party in Times Square to celebrate something.
