Did you guys think that maybe this wasn't his choice and was a disciplinary issue not him being upset about PT?
Time to go tamper a good ILB on someone's roster and bring them over to LSU.

I don't even think he made the trip to Orlando. He wasn't on the sideline Monday.
That tells me this is an off-the-field thing, either disciplinary or academic. And if it's that, there isn't much we can do about it.
So you definitely need to try to find somebody in the portal. The question is whether you take a flyer on one or two high school kids on top of that.
I know we have walkon linebackers. I don't know if any of them are good enough to think about elevating to scholarship status. Seems like we need more additions.

Evidently he didn’t play a defensive snap (he did play on ST) in the A&M or UGA games before having no part in the bowl. He was getting a growing number of snaps leading up to that point. It certainly seems like something changed.
