Family trip with kids - Late February

Kids are 6 and 3. Looking to stay for 4-5 days. Considered Big Cedar Lodge, but it looks like most of the outdoor stuff is closed for the season.
Other considerations are San Diego, Broken Bow. Where else am I missing?

3 years old eliminates alot of options.
Lots of people go snow skiing in February, but 3 is a bit young. 6 is almost ideal.
You can do some other indoor type places.
Great Wolf Lodge would be great for those ages.
Kinda cold for anything outdoors unless you want to travel out of the country.

Cliche, but Chattanooga and Gatlinburg are perfect for kids that age.
Also, Great Wolf Lodge with their indoor water park is fun for kids.
