Week 11 Picks
Saw this on another SEC board...his take on Bama/LSU is about halfway down the page.
I've got a good feeling about this game...I'm pumped!

We can only hope he stays hot!
Like I said, I'm feeling good....I don't know about 11 points good, but I think we'll be victorious.

I hope you are right but can you elaborate as to why you feel this way?
How were you feeling before the Florida and Georgia game?

Another expert (Lee Sterling) on finebaum just said that Bama will win 28-17. He's been right every week about Bama against the spread so far. Maybe the guy on this site had the wrong team winning by 11.
Seriously though, the players will have to execute and so far, Bama's OL and DL have executed as well as anybody. However, LSU has the talent but they just have to execute tomorrow and if they play to their potential, this game will come down to the wire.

FIVE-STAR BEST BET
LSU over Alabama by 11
From laughingstock to No. 1 in less than two seasons – that’s quite an accomplishment for Alabama head coach Nick Saban. But now the Nictator must return to Baton Rouge and if our handicapping expertise has something to say about it, the Tide looks to be in a heap of trouble down in Cajun country. For openers, Bama is a SMART BOX fade (‘As The Noose Tightens’) this week while the host Bengals qualify as a ‘play on’ team from last week’s ‘Puttin’ On The Stats’ SMART BOX. The Tide usually falters in their Last Road Game in a season, going just 1-5 ATS lately, a stat that fits just fine with LSU’s strong 7-3 ATS mark as home dogs of 10 or less points. Les ‘The Mad Hatter’ Miles has posted six SU wins in eight tries at home when challenging an undefeated foe (3-0 with the Tigers) and has already met his annual quota of SU losses with two. This just in from our powerful database: defending National Champions are 13-4-1 ATS as dogs versus opponents with visions of being the next National Champ (undefeated), including 10-1-1 if the foe is off a win of 15 or more points. Say goodbye to the new No. 1; they call it Death Valley, right?

It would be interesting to see what the consensus is of the sportsbook people. WWL in New Orleans used to spend 2 hours every Friday night having one sportsbook guru on after another giving their picks....Of course Deke did away with that and just about everything else that was half way interesting.

Honestly, I expected us to lose at UF. UF is a dangerous team...they were at home...and, they definitely had something to prove that game.
I don't know, say what you will, but I just feel like we're still a good team, our players will be jacked and I know our fans will bring their "A" game...I guess it's just a gut feeling.

LSU will win.
It will be about the team winning the game for Les Miles no matter what it takes.
