Some interesting stats about dry January

Over 50% if people continue to either not drink or drink much less for years afterward

I was a daily drinker for 7 or 8 years. Usually a handle of whiskey and a couple of 6 packs every 2 weeks. I'd picked up the habit when I was going back and forth between night/day shifts and used it to help sleep. Successfully completed sober October a few years back and it completely changed how I was drinking. I usually drink once or twice per week now.

I've been crushing the coconut lacroix. Going through 2 or 3 12 packs per week. I'm drinking 3 or 4 after work.
