If we are looking at a short term bridge until we find a long term solution, I prefer looking at Tom Brady. He would be a great teacher as well to a young prodigy. Just ask Jimmy G. If we are looking for a long term fix immdiately, I'd prefer Baker Mayfield. He only signed a one year deal with the Rams.

He's a white Winston with *slightly* less turnovers. I'm good.
Dalton has statistically been one of the better QBs this season as far as managing the offense goes. QB play isn't the big problem that needs to be fixed at the moment.
The Offensive line needs to be revamped.
We need a solid RB and turn Kamara into sort of a gadget/flex player.
and oh yeah....a new coaching staff.
