Majoras Mask
Shadow of the Colossus
Those were all fantastic games.
Honorable mention: fallout new Vegas
Destiny (assuming I get the same squad I had the first time)
Metroid Prime - GameCube doesn't get enough credit. This game was great.

Oh that's a great one. I'd definitely love to relieve that now, especially with the advancement of technology. That feeling of isolation while exploring combined with an amazing soundtrack was so damn good.
