Did he? Go look at our depth chart, then check out the players that left the state, and tell me we locked it down. Preston, Moss, Citizen, Van Prann. There was a thread in the 2020 class, and I think there are only 5 or 6 contributors out of that class, and that was coming off a natty

He definitely didn't lock down Louisiana after the 2019 Season. LSU got killed by Saban especially after 2019.

Another myth 
Not only was he bad at evaluating talent...he definitely did not lock the state down. This also plays into guys he passed up IN the state that turned out to be studs.
