That's not true. Daniels improved a ton during the season, and he had a three game period in which he was elite. But then he regressed for a couple of games, and lastly, he played a great half against Georgia before getting hurt.

I believe it is likely that we will see a much improved Daniels next season. If we don't, then CBK will have to switch to Nuss. But beware of wishing for that, because Nuss has yet to play near the level that Daniels reached during that Bama/Florida stretch.

And if you think the Georgia-Nuss was at that level you are sadly mistaken. It was a poor performance that got fairly good results because of lazy defense by Georgia.

That means he had 10 games where he was not.

The bottom line with JD is that he makes JD look good. Look at our WR numbers. They're terrible. He simply doesn't make everyone around him better. He has started four seasons and still doesn't get it.

I appreciate what he did for LSU, but it's time to move on. The true depth of this team is at WR. We have to play to our strength.
