I don't even know how to put this into a completely concise thought. This has hit me real hard. I wasn't a fan of the hiring... to the point of getting blocked on Twitter his first day. I watched Finebaum yesterday and saw the Snyder tweet last night. I woke up to the news this morning and it felt like a truck of bricks hitting me. My wife's aunt (who was like a 2nd mother/MIL) died last week and I shed only a few tears at the service Friday night. I've shed a ton today. State was lucky to have had him for these last few years. I remember exactly where I was on campus when the news of Walter Payton's passing came across the radio. I feel almost the same tonight. So privileged that he decided to be a part of our State family.

Not sure if it was already mentioned in this thread or the MSB thread, but state’s bowl game is in Raymond James… where there is an actual pirate ship. Damn
