Should always let the facts come out.
But, its most likely either his wife or a kid (if he has any). Either way he would be fricked.
Its POSSIBLE its a brother or brother in law or something... but doubtful.
All in all, he's likely gone, nothing probably happens criminally and in a few years he rehabs his career at some midmajor.

he has 3 daughters. not sure how old they are, but they were mentioned in his 2013 hiring announcement at angelo state.
