Well what’s going on is they know they are fricked so they are going back on campaign promise and it’s pissing off the climate cult.
It’s no different then when Clinton raised taxes then went, ooops, and cut taxes.
Or you won’t be penalized for not purchasing insurance then fining you $500 for not purchasing insurance.
