That’s brutal. I found myself in a position to need to buy a few months ago. They wouldn’t budge a dollar on the car I wanted, but they gave a significant amount of money on my trade. I didn’t feel like I “won” anything, but I don’t believe the bottom line on that transaction put me any worse than it would have been five years ago like for like.

This, same thing, deal was not as good but I still worked them a bit and received considerably more for my trade. I did look around the dealer and a see a lot of suckers though.
