I really would like to know why you think it is so stupid. Maybe I didn't state it properly. Burrow is coming off his 1st year at LSU...not particularly outstanding as I recall. Not bad, but nothing to give us an indication of what 2019 was to bring.
JD had 3 years of starting. Kelly is in his first year at LSU. He only has film of the two possible QB's, Burrow and JD.
It sounds like it is very clear to you that Burrow would be the starter. I am really interested in knowing why you think that would be a given. Not being a smarta$$...just curious.
